If any order is unable to be successfully delivered you must reschedule your delivery date, please notify your service store immediately or email us at info@urrbanlinksfurniture.com Orders rescheduled within 24 hours of delivery will be charged a $50 rescheduling fee.
Direct Ship from Manufacturer Service do not come with assembly and will be delivered to the address on file. No entry to the home will be required someone over the age of 18 must sign to receive order.
Merchandise is delivered through a variety of national or regional carriers, such as but not limited to: FedEx, UPS, DHL AllStates World Cargo, Metropolitan Delivery, Roadrunner, Estes, AM Trucking, R&L Carriers, AIT Worldwide.
If assembly is purchased with order preparations for your merchandise delivery, doorways should be measured to ensure clearance and rooms cleared so there is an unobstructed path between the point of entry to your home and the room where your new merchandise will be placed. In inclement weather, the delivery team will need a clear path from the street to the front door.
Merchandise that has already shipped cannot be cancelled. Customer is responsible for returning merchandise to store in original condition for a refund in the form of store credit. Returns must be made within 7 days upon receiving item(s) and will incur a 25% restocking fee.
Due to liability issues, we cannot hoist merchandise, set up lamps, hang pictures or mirrors on walls, make electrical connections or move existing furniture, electronics, televisions, etc. We cannot deliver to anyone under age 18.
